1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be mostly unused (less than 20% used) and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as makeup sponges and specific lip products without protective seals cannot be returned if opened, unless defective. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
3. Process
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days..
