Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! All Cosme Pros products are 100% cruelty-free. While the vast majority of our line is vegan, a few products may contain beeswax or carmine. Please check the individual product pages for the “Vegan” badge and full ingredient lists.
How do I find my perfect foundation shade?
We offer a virtual shade-matching tool on our Foundation product pages. If you still need help, you can email a natural-light selfie to [email protected], and one of our beauty advisors will personally match you!
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We formulate our products without harsh parabens, sulfates, and phthalates, and we prioritize skin-soothing ingredients. However, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page and performing a patch test before full application.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once it has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make changes.
